Our Mission
There are several counties that are already in favor of reopening the Needle's Eye Tunnel in an environmentally responsible way. They understand the economic and environmental benefits that this passage to and from Grand and Boulder counties will provide. Additionally, this road had been operational until the early 1990s. We also want to preserve this historic route and landmark for generations to come.

OUR PLAN OF ACTION
- Continue to host and develop this website to provide free access to information about the Needle's Eye Tunnel Project.
- Raise money to support our ongoing education and awareness efforts
- Educate county, state, and forrest service officials responsible for the passage of the needed plans and legislation.
- Host town hall style meetings in all the adjacent counties to allow for conversation about this project.
- Perform regular polling about Coloradans' awareness and opinions.
- Provide resources and support for the county and state officials favoring reopening the tunnel.
